The closure system uses the BOA® Fit System with the IP-1 dial, enabling a micro-adjustable, precise fit with quick, consistent tightening across the entire frontal area—free from pressure points. A thermo-reflective aluminium midsole layer, positioned between the sole and upper, creates an effective barrier against the cold, helping retain warmth and repel external chill. Inside, the anatomical footbed supports the tarsal area, enhancing comfort, stability, and pedalling efficiency. The GAERNE EPS CARBON POWER SOLE 8.0 is constructed from nylon reinforced with carbon, providing increased rigidity while maintaining a low weight.
