TK 16ga Pittsburgh Rollformer (Choice of Opposing Rolls)

The Tin Knocker 16ga Pittsburgh Roll Former is versatile heavy-duty machine, designed to create multiple edge profiles via 7 forming stations and 2 forming positions. In one position, the inboard rolls form the Pittsburg lock. In the second position, the outboard rolls can create 4 different profiles via the 4-step gauge. Each step in the gauge creates a different profile, which include: 1. 1/4” right-angled flange 2. 1/2” right-angled flange 3. Standing seam 4. T-connection The tooling to create these 4 different profiles is included and installed from the factory, making this an exceptionally versatile machine for fabricators.
